The Lean Communications Framework is a decision-making tool that helps businesses make
better-informed decisions about public relations and marketing strategy. It uses a series of Canvases focused on each of the core communications disciplines to gather key pieces of information, identify the riskiest strategic assumptions, and run experiments.
By validating risky assumptions about key relationships, actions and awareness, businesses are able to build more effective strategies that deliver measurable impact to the organization. The Canvases have been designed independently, but also work together to allow data collected
in one area of strategy development to be re-used in another Canvas.
